Las Vegas could be getting a new African American Museum with the help of Maya Ford, owner of FordMomentum!, who is using her five-pillar system, the Standard of Love (STOLO), to identify what residents want and center their stories to empower the area. The museum aims to shed light on the often-overlooked narratives of Black history, specifically in the context of Las Vegas and the Western United States.
